An early spring storm has dumped everything from snow, sleet and freezing rain to just plain rain around the state today.
People who navigated through numerous storms this winter, were still caught off guard today - and encountered treacherous conditions on New Hampshire roadways. Officials say there were dozens of accidents around the state including one fatality in Henniker. Emergency crews have been kept busy throughout the day.

Governor Jeanne Shaheen says she might consider extending the legislative session if lawmakers haven't found a solution to education funding by their normal adjourment time in June. In an editorial board interview yesterday with the Concord Monitor, Shaheen also said she would consider shutting down state government to save money.

On April 1st, most of the nation moves to daylight-saving time. So when you go to bed Saturday night set your clock ahead one hour.
You may lose an hour of sleep. but just think of it, we're that much closer to a real spring.
