Return to index of stories... 		Every ten years, voters in New Hampshire choose whether or not to have a constitutional convention. Changing the constitution is always a hot topic for debate.

Joining me to talk about the question are Former Governor Walter Peterson. He was the President of the convention in 1974. Representtive Merton Dyer attended the last consitutional convention in 1984.
