Linda Fowler, a Congressional Scholar and Professor of Government at Dartmouth College weighs in on the role of political conventions, presidential politics, and tiny New Hampshire's Big Role in the 2004 election. |

Linda Fowler -- worked in Congress and at the EPA before coming to Dartmouth in 1995. She's written several books on congressional elections and numerous articles about Congress and American Politics. She just stepped down as director of the Rockefeller center at Dartmouth -- to teach and write full time. |
