Good morning, I'm Allison McNair. In just a few minutes, Governor Craig Benson will deliver his budget address to both the house and senate.
You are looking at pictures from representatives hall at the State house where members are beginning to gather.
Joining me in the studio former state senator and senate president Bev Hollingworth.

How much do you really understand about the state budget? Chip Neal took on the task of finding out.
He enlisted the help of Doug Hall, former member of the house finance committee and currently co-director of the New Hampshire Center for Public Policy Studies. Chip started with the most basic question.
